"At this rate" projects each unfinished task's final cost from what it has spent so far against its progress. The profit forecast below assumes the remaining work costs what you planned, so the two can differ. A large gap points to a task to look at.

Recovery rates
The Recovery plan uses these numbers. Delay cost is what each extra work day costs you: supervision, rentals, dumpsters, insurance, or penalties in your contract.
Job Profit Check
A one-page summary to review with the contractor. It is built from the records in this project, so fix anything flagged under "How complete the records are" before sharing it. The rating checks for missing entries only; it can't tell whether the numbers entered are right, so confirm the big ones against invoices with the contractor.

BrathIQ is a Brathwaite Business LLC product. This is a prototype. Projects, names and figures shown are fictional examples. Edits are saved only in this browser, so use Data → Copy backup to keep a copy. Recovery and profit figures are estimates from the rates you enter. Flags are automated checks, not professional advice: permits, safety and code compliance stay with the licensed contractor or site safety manager of record.
